Megamind got this brilliant idea, a surprise, if you will, for Roxanne. What better way to confess one's feelings than a little art? What better art than body art for this particular purpose? After all, it's a fact that Megamind is one hell of an artist himself. And who knows? Maybe if she likes it he'll consider something permanent

I don't think Roxanne would want to ruin that beautiful chest of his by covering it with a tattoo though, thank goodness.
