Give a machine the tools to be able to live, experience, and not just exist as a moving and talking pile of hardware, and you will have a potential live person.
Give it a smart, blank brain. Give it a window to the world: eyes. Give it the ability to move and explore: arms and legs. Give it determination, a will to learn. Give it all that a human baby is born with. It won´t need to be built with knowledge to walk, it will learn to walk on its own. Don´t upload a dictionary into its system: speak to it, let it listen.
