He does, indeed, herd cats, in case someone's wondering. Every child has a cat that sings him to sleep with its meows, and the Shepherd's job is to make sure every child is asleep. I love his design, he must be the coolest weird looking character ever. He looks so big, but he moves like he's filled with helium, or something. Completely open canvas, made it in one (long) afternoon with minor reference for things like the face and pants^^ None for pose or lighting.
